Confirmation Payments
Residential files:
Reference to the matter of cancelled/ blocked files, It has been decided by the Management to give one last chance to the investors and people who wish to become the confirmed member of Capital Smart City Islamabad by depositing the confirmation amount under following conditions:-
1. All members whose confirmation amount is unpaid, are directed to deposit the confirmation amount immediately along with MS/ PS fee till 31st March 2019.
2. An option of merging of file of same customer is also open till 31st March 2019. Client has to pay MS Fee/ Processing Fee of each merged file along with merging request. Moreover, same file will be merged and dealer letter head is must.
3. Any file which will be transferred on 20% is going to be subject to re-scheduling.
This facility will extend from 20th March 2019 to 31st March 2019. No extension will be given after the deadline, all files will be cancelled.

commercial plots:
Confirmation deposit date has been extend till 6th April 2019. Meanwhile, you can also deposit the confirmation amount of commercial plots as well. This time please do not accept any further extension after 6th April 2019.
