LDA to hold key auction for public, educational sites at Expo Centre LHR

Lahore, September 11, 2024: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) disclosed its intention to hold a key auction for public and educational sites at Expo Centre, Johar Town Lahore. The event will take place on September 25, 1014 at 10 am.

According to the details, the auction will be an excellent opportunity for investors to buy plots in well-developed areas like the Dream Garden Housing Scheme, Venus Housing Scheme, Bahria Town, and Quaid-e-Azam Town. Moreover, the auction will feature utilitarian and instructional sites. It is a great opportunity for investors interested in public infrastructure and educational development.

The starting bid amounts vary according to the plot size. However, the minimum bid for a 1 crore sq. ft. site is 50,000 PKR. The investor would have to make a security deposit of 13 lakh PKR and a bid increase of 1 lakh PKR. For 2 crore sq. ft. plots, the initial bid starts at 18.75 lahks PKR. Further, there is a security deposit of 31 lahks PKR and an increment of 2 lahks PKR. Similarly, 4 million sq. ft. plots have a starting bid of 15 lahks PKR, with a security deposit of 40 lahks PKR and a bid increase of 4 lahks PKR.
